We offer our services via a monthly fee. The amount is based on the number of hours required to support your needs and the seniority of the practitioner you engage. Our model is highly cost-effective compared to hiring a full-time employee or engaging an expensive consultant.

Fractional Executive Group. We use a fractional, or part-time access, model to provide our expertise and capacity.
Can FXG help with recruiting and hiring? 
We are not a recruiting agency, but we do offer strategic talent acquisition support for our clients. We can help you develop labor market strategies and optimize your hiring processes to help you connect with the talent you need.
Is FXG Partners a staffing agency or consulting firm? 
We are not a staffing agency or a consulting firm. Using a fractional model, our practitioners embed directly in your organization to provide both strategic perspective and hands-on operational support without the limitations of project-based consulting.
